Kiwi Alarms is Scott Ferguson. He walks your house, he installs the system, and he's the one who picks up when you call afterwards. No call center, no franchise, no handing your job to a subcontractor you've never met.

How it started
Scott landed in Reno in 2005 and got into the alarm trade the following year. He has been in it ever since.
Scott moved to Reno from New Zealand. That's where the name comes from, and he never left.
He started installing alarm systems the year after he arrived, and has worked in the industry every year since, 19 of them.
After nearly two decades installing for national companies and regional dealers, Scott had seen exactly which parts of the industry frustrate homeowners. He started Kiwi Alarms to do those parts differently.
Every consultation and every installation across the Reno area is done by Scott himself. The company is one person, and that's on purpose.
Why it matters
The person who walks your house is the person who mounts the panel, sets the sensors, aims the cameras and shows your family how to arm it before he drives away. Nothing gets promised at the kitchen table and forgotten by install day.
There's one phone number, and it reaches the man who did the work. If a sensor plays up in six months, you're not explaining your house to a stranger reading a script.
